Parking Agreements


Commercial Parking Agreements and Private Land Parking Agreements have been made available to assist businesses in managing their parking needs.


Private Land Parking Agreements
The Private Land Parking Agreement enables the provisions of the Parking Local Law to extend to private land (generally suitable for car parks uo to 50 bays). Where an authorised Complainant identifies a vehicle parked in a Parking Facility or Parking Station on private land in contravention of the City's Parking Local Laws, they can request an Authorised Person from the City to issue an infringement notice.

Applications can be submitted by completing the Application Form on this page. All applications must be assessed by the Senior Community Ranger before an Agreement can be made.
