Revised Scarborough Beach Urban Design Master Plan

The City is seeking feedback on the revised Scarborough Beach Urban Design Master Plan.

The revised Scarborough Beach Urban Design Master Plan document can be viewed at
the City’s Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling 6021 and at the City’s libraries.

Submissions on the Master Plan can be made in writing or online to the:

Parking Policy
Local Planning Scheme No. 3 

Council has the draft Parking Policy that will be adopted under the Local Area Plan Scheme No. 3.

The policy is proposed to update and replace the current Parking Policy (N101315).

The draft has been prepared with an emphasis towards ensuring that car parking does not discourage alternative forms of transport or have detrimental impact on the character and amenity of areas.
