Council Elections

 

The City of Stirling Council is comprised of 14 Councillors elected to 7 Wards.

Local government elections are held every two years on the third Saturday in October with the next election to be held on Saturday 19 October 2013. At each biennial election half of the City of Stirling Councillors (one from each Ward) are elected for terms of four years.

Voting in local government elections is not compulsory.
